Firm History

The firm was established originally as Litts & Perovich in 1940, and with the addition of Robert H. Mullen, became Litts, Mullen & Perovich in 1942. The firm was renamed Mullen, Sullivan & Newton in 1984. Retirements and a firm reorganization brought the firm to its present complement of three attorneys presently practicing as Snider, Diehl & Rasmussen, LLP. Its clientele extends through the several central valley counties, from Sacramento to Fresno, and from Tuolumne to Contra Costa, and ranges from local individuals to one of the nation's largest closely held corporations.
