Firm History

The firm was established originally as Litts & Perovich in 1940, and with the addition of Robert H. Mullen, became Litts, Mullen & Perovich in 1942. Subsequent additions, and the retirement of four partners, brought the firm to this present compliment  of four attorneys.  In 1984, Mullen, Sullivan & Newton, LLP, was established as the permanent name.  The firm holds an A-Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  As the largest firm in the northern San Joaquin County, its clientele extends through the several central valley counties, from Sacramento to Fresno, and from Tuolumne to Contra Costa.
