Trenton M. Diehl's practice areas include: Personal Injury, Business and Commercial
Litigation, Employment Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Toxic Tort Litigation (including
Silica, Benzene, and Asbestos).
Mr. Diehl was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005, and he is admitted to practice
before the U.S. Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Northem and Central
Districts of Califomia, and the U.S. Claims Court.
Mr. Diehl was raised in Lodi, California and attended public elementary, middle and high
schools in Lodi. In 2001, he received his B.S. degree (Cum Laude) in History from California
State University, Sonoma. In 2005, he received his J.D. (with Distinction) from the University
of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he also received the Witkin Award in
Administrative Law, Fall 2004, the Outstanding Student Award, Class of 2005, and was
selected by his peers to be the Graduation Speaker.
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of California, Order of the Coif, and Order of
the Barristers, Mr. Diehl is on the Board of Directors of the Lodi Boys and Girls Club, the Lodi
Lions Club, the Lodi Area Crime Stoppers, and the Lodi Grape Festival and National Wine
Show Association. He is also an assistant swim coach at Lodi High School.
